1 - When I am in a training module, how do I switch to another training module ?
You may click on the " RETURN " button located in the lower right hand corner of your training screen. You will then access the training catalog, which will allow you to choose a new training module.

3 - I have forgotten my username, how do I access the system ?
You will be able to access the training system if you have included your e-mail in your personal profile. The system allows you to log on even if you have forgotten your username. When you access the screen that asks you to provide your username and password, all you have to do is click on the " FORGOT ACCESS " button located at the bottom of the log on screen. Afterwards, all you have to do is the e-mail option. The system will ask you to write in your e-mail address and will ask you your personalized question that will act as your temporary password. As soon as you have confirmed your identity, we invite you to change your username and/or your password and you will then have access to the training environment.

5 - How do I ask my tutor a question related to the training module I am currently following ?
When you review the course content, you have the option of asking a question to a tutor that will usually reply within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the message. You first click on the " HELP " button in the training environment, you then select the " ASK A QUESTION " button and you ask your question related to the course you are currently following. Please note that the tutor service is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5: 30 pm and that the tutor is not necessarily online at the same time you are, therefore, it is not a real-time service. The tutor service may or may not be included in your contract with FireLearn.

8 - What are the advantages of including my e-mail address in my personal profile?
In case you forget your username, we will be able to confirm your identity by using your e-mail address. To find out the exact procedure to log on to the training system, please review question #3 that is titled " I forgot my username, how do I access the system?"
2 - I remember my username, but I have forgotten my password. How do I log on ?
The learning management system allows you to log on even if you have forgotten your password. When you access the screen that asks you to provide your username and password, all you have to do is click on the " FORGOT ACCESS " button located at the bottom of the log on screen. You will then have the possibility of confirming your identity yourself with your username or with your e-mail address. Chose the username option. The system will ask you your personalized question that will act as your temporary password. As soon as you have confirmed your identity, we will invite you to change your username and/or your password and you will then have access to the training environment.

4 - I have forgotten my username and password, how do I log on to the system ?
MUnfortunately, our system does not have any method that would allow you to confirm your identity. Please contact with our customer service department by telephone at 1-877-694-2115 or by e-mail at support@firelearn.com.

6 - How do I modify my personal password ?
After you have logged on to the system, click on the " OPTIONS " button, then select the " USER PROFILE " option and then select the " Change your username and password ". You may at that time also change your personal question, as well as your personal information.

7 - How do I retake the evaluation questions associated with a training module ?
In order to officially retake your evaluation, you must notify your training administrators. They will communicate with us to allow you once again to access the evaluation related to the training module you are following.
